1. Publisher and contact

The onanor.mr website is dedicated to the National Office for Standardization and Metrology (ONANOR). The public email address is [email protected]. Other details appear on the contact page. No unverified registration numbers or representative details are added here.

2. Development and hosting

The new website and Karna management system are developed and hosted with technical support from IPROD. Provider information is available at ip.mr. Editorial decisions and institutional replies remain the responsibility of people authorized by the Office.

3. Scope of documents

News, introductory pages and documents facilitate access to information. A page does not replace a standard, official text, decision or certificate applicable to your circumstances. Check the document’s date, version, status and terms of use; ask the Office if in doubt. A translation assists reading but does not itself change an official document’s authority or scope.

4. Archives and inherited content

Original addresses and published source content are retained where possible and safe. Some inherited template elements may not describe an active service. A legacy commercial or demonstration page does not mean an online purchase or service is available. Verify services with the Office.

5. Content rights

Text, logos, images and documents may be subject to rights held by the Office or third parties. Viewing or downloading does not automatically grant rights of commercial reuse, modification or logo use. Respect credits, notices and licences, and request permission where needed. Do not present your own adaptation as an official publication.

6. External links and services

Links facilitate access to resources. Third parties remain responsible for their own content and terms. Videos and social content are subject to the choices described in the privacy and cookie notice. A link alone does not constitute general endorsement of an external service.

7. Responsible use

Do not send unlawful or malicious content or abusive automated messages. Do not attempt to bypass authentication or access another person’s data. Report errors, broken links and security concerns without publicly disclosing personal data or technical secrets.

8. Availability and corrections

Maintenance or an incident may temporarily make the website unavailable. Protection and backup measures are implemented without a promise of absolute freedom from errors or interruption. These statements do not remove applicable rights or remedies. This page may be updated to reflect actual website operations.
